Scope and content

File contains issues of 'The Glen' newsletters from 1995 to present. Prior to the 2005-2006 academic year, there were two separate newsletters produced for the Lower and Upper schools respectively. After September 2005, the newsletters were combined into one single document to communicate to the Bayview Glen community as a whole. Many of the newsletters still contain their original inserts.

The Glen newsletters document the proceedings of Bayview Glen on a monthly basis excluding the months of July and August when school is closed and camp is in session.

Early editions of the newsletters are currently in the process of being digitized.

Accruals

Newsletters are typically produced each month for the months of September, October, November, December, January, February/March, April, May, and June, for a total of 9 newsletters each academic year.

General note

Earlier issues of the newsletters (i.e. 1993-2005) may have PDF pages ordered incorrectly. In cases where scanned pages are seemingly out of order, know that this is intentional. Early issues of the newsletters often had a loose front and back-sided page (often page 5 and 6) inserted into the middle of the newsletter without binding. Therefore when the newsletters were distributed, these pages sat in the middle of the issue.

Accompanying material

Any inserts included in the PDF versions of the newsletters have been placed at the bottom of the PDF file. Inserts included in physical copies are often situated in the middle of the newsletter.
